Before you request an audit
The automated grade uses the business details and bounded answers you provide, plus a read-only check of the public website URL you submit. It does not retrieve or reuse Google Maps content, open private accounts, submit forms, or require personal contact details to show the result.
When you run the Grade
No email address or phone number is required to run the Grade. We ask for the business or professional name being assessed. Your result appears in the browser; it is not emailed to you. The scan does not create a contact lead. Submitted business details and website evidence are processed to generate the assessment. A protected network fingerprint is used to limit repeated requests. Contact leads collected by earlier versions remain subject to their existing 30-day retention schedule.
When you become a client and complete the intake
The onboarding intake is different from the Grade, and it is worth being plain about that. It collects real business and contact details because a specialist has to act on them: your name, email, phone, the areas or address you work from, what you offer, and the Google account address that manages your profile. It never asks for a password or a verification code, and it never will.
Those answers and the work plan are stored in a protected database accessed through VizionPro's service credentials. Authorized operators can review them. Intake emails go to two fixed internal recipients: our specialist and the VizionPro support mailbox. Our hosting, database and email service providers process this information to operate the service. We do not sell it. Unlike a Grade request, an intake is kept for as long as VizionPro is working for you, because it is the record of the work. Ask us to delete it at any time and we will, at support@thevizionpro.com.
Suggested wording with AI assistance
We may send the public-copy answers about what you are known for, why you started, and your ideal customer to Anthropic to suggest clearer wording. We do not send the separate contact fields, Google account email, address, or the answer about unusual circumstances to the rewriter. Obvious credential and contact patterns are screened locally, but that screen cannot recognize every sensitive detail. Do not include passwords, verification codes or private client information in answers intended for public copy.
Original answers remain the record. Suggestions can be rejected automatically and always require a person's review before publication. The Grade itself does not use a language model to calculate its score.
When you request the human audit
VizionPro receives the contact details and business details you submit, your bounded self-attestations, and deterministic assessment metadata such as the grade, evidence coverage, versions, timestamp, assessment UUID, and integrity hashes. The stored request does not contain retrieved website content, website evidence, source HTML, third-party profile content, reviews, or a full signal ledger. An analyst collects authorized evidence again for the human review. Optional marketing and text-message consent are separate and unchecked by default.
Storage and sharing
The public assessment does not create a customer account. A short-lived encrypted token carries only the optional audit-request grant. Accepted audit requests are retained in the protected request database for no more than 30 days. The notification email is only a generic alert that a request exists. It contains no contact details, grade, score, assessment answers, or website evidence. VizionPro does not sell the submitted contact information.
What this site stores in your browser
The Visibility Grade keeps nothing in your browser between visits. It sets no tracking cookie, no advertising identifier, and no cross-site profile. Clearing browser site data removes anything the page held while you used it.
The client intake offers an optional "Save a draft on this device" control. With it off, answers stay in the current page rather than persistent browser storage. With it on, answers are saved locally for up to seven days so you can resume. Use it only on a device you trust. A draft is removed when you discard it or successfully submit; expired drafts are cleared when the intake next opens. A failed submission keeps your current answers available. Clearing this site's browser data also removes saved drafts.

You may stop after viewing the grade. To ask about, correct, or delete information submitted through the Grade audit request or client intake, email support@thevizionpro.com.
