Boundaries of the Visibility Grade.

An independent readiness assessment
The Visibility Readiness Grade is produced by VizionPro from visitor-provided answers and a bounded check of the submitted public website. It is not a Google score, is not endorsed by Google, and does not determine eligibility, ownership, suspension, or policy status for a Google Business Profile.
What it does not promise
The grade does not measure exact Search or Maps rankings, rank-grid performance, Search Console data, leads, revenue, market share, or complete AI-answer visibility. A grade is not a guarantee of ranking, calls, leads, or revenue.
Automated result and human review
The free result provides a bounded score, evidence coverage, up to two observed strengths, and up to three priority actions, shown on screen as soon as the check completes. No contact details are required to see the result. If you request a human audit afterward, we ask for your name and email; a phone number is optional. The automated result appears in your browser and is not sent by email. Unknown or inaccessible evidence is not treated as failure. A specialist reviews the available evidence, identifies what needs verification, and discusses the proposed next steps with you.
Client intake and draft work
Submitting an intake provides information for specialist review; it does not purchase a plan or authorize automatic publication. We agree the service scope separately. Draft plans and suggested wording are not verified business facts or guarantees of Google eligibility. You retain control of your accounts and approve work before it is published. Never share a password or verification code with us.
Public website access
The scan performs a limited read-only request to the business website and its robots file. It does not sign in, submit forms, or make profile or website changes.
Google independence
The automated Grade does not call Google Maps Platform services or retrieve, cache, derive from, or display Google Maps content. This boundary reflects the restrictions in the Google Maps Platform Terms of Service on creating content from Google Maps content and using the services in a listings or directory-style product. Google is not responsible for VizionPro's assessment or services.
