Answered on a Sunday, had us listed that Thursday, and walked my parents through the whole thing twice without once making them feel slow.

Response from Jordan

Thank you Mark. Tell your mother the lemon tree made it into the listing photos after all.

We came in from out of state and had never bought in Arizona. Got a straight answer about the HOA and the tax situation before we asked.

Response from Jordan

Glad the HOA notes helped. Enjoy the first summer, and keep the filters clean.

And one more review after every closing, because the ask is built into the process.

For real estate agents

Every referral Googles you before they call.

A referral can judge one public screen before they call. We help make that evidence accurate, credible, current, and consistent, without claiming a ranking or lead outcome.

Where a referral actually looks

They do not stop at Google.

A referral pokes around before they call. Every place they look is a place you can be missing.

01

The map

A grey pin where your pin should be. The three agents above you have photos, hours, and a button that says Call.

02

The AI answer

Someone asks an assistant for a good agent in Scottsdale. It returns three names and a tidy summary, and there is no second page to lose on.

03

The rest of the shelf

Zillow, realtor.com and Yelp, where the rules run backwards: asking for reviews on Yelp is against them.

The first screen is the whole conversation now.

Google says local results are mainly shaped by relevance, distance, and prominence. A business cannot request or pay Google for a better organic local position.

The practical work is to make the public facts accurate, the website useful and crawlable, reviews genuine, and the next customer step clear. Those are readiness conditions, not a promise of placement in search or an AI answer.

What we do

We build the storefront, then we keep the lights on.

01

Claim it and prepare it

We find whatever exists in your name, help claim it under your ownership, prepare the verification path, and complete the fields Google makes available. You keep the keys. We are a manager on your profile, never the owner.

Verification timing and the final decision belong to Google.

02

Make it worth finding

Real photos, the services you actually offer, the areas you actually work, and a way to book you. Then the review engine: a direct link, a QR card, and a request after every closing.

No incentives, no filtering, no gating. Those are against the rules and we will not do them.

03

Keep it alive every month

Listings, closings, open houses and market notes on a cadence. Reviews answered. Photos refreshed. Then a report that shows what moved and what we are doing next.

You approve anything that goes out in your name.

Our standard

What we will never sell you.

Most of what gets sold to agents in this category is either useless or against the rules. Here is our list, so you can hold us to it.

Fake, gated, or sentiment-conditioned reviews
Platform policy requires genuine experiences. Deceptive review practices can also create legal risk.
Review incentives without a policy review
We use neutral, non-incentivized requests and never prescribe a rating or wording.
Photo-metadata ranking tricks
Photos should provide accurate visual evidence. We make no ranking claim from hidden metadata.
Bulk directory submissions
We prioritize accurate business facts on relevant surfaces instead of selling volume as proof of value.
A keyword-stuffed business name
Platform guidance calls for the real-world business name. We do not add promotional words or cities.
Guaranteed rankings or leads
Readiness work can be verified. Search placement and business outcomes cannot be promised.
Who does the work

A small team that only does this.

Every profile runs through a governed checklist with policy checks, evidence notes, and explicit owner approvals. You get one specialist as your contact and they do not hand you off.

Nothing is automated into your accounts. Anything that goes out in your name gets your approval first.
